The Identify project is a story and music collaboration. Each post will be a song from the album. The idea is to read the story as you listen to the song. The music is the soundtrack to your inner vision of the story.
All the songs from the project are part of the same story. A single day in the life of Cubic 6 Coordinated Services Manager roughly 500 years in the future.

There are 8 tracks in the project. These are

1. Independent Affair
Cubic Six ruminates about the past as he readies himself to go to the office.

2. Modulated Care
The morning coffee break at the appointed time and appointed place. The days' first taste of transparency and dreams.

3. An Event Regretted Unfettered
When you know the world is about to end it's the little things that trigger memories of love and laughter.

4. Lifeless Euphemisms (March of the Wiggle Heads)
From his birch above 400 Cubits, Cubic 6 expels a friend for Spot contamination and sends him to a quick death.

5. Uitwaaien Motions
The workday is done now all Cubic 6 needs is a Reindeer to walk him home and a bit more transparency to ignore the cold dry wind and reality of course.

6. Backward Lines
Home at last but the report is not good. More transparency has been granted but a friend's message leaves him little choice.

7. Ubiquitously Empower
Decision made and has the fall begone early or is something else going on?

As a young lad of 6 in 1974 my father plopped me down and said listen to this lad. It was Echoes and I never looked back. By 12 I had gobbled up Floyd, Jarre, Tangerine Dream, Oldfied, Vangelis,etc.

Now 40 years later I have returned to those lucious spaces again as life has afforded me the opportunity.

No dreams of greatness only the greatness of dreams. ... more
